How much does direct primary care cost?
Direct primary care memberships in the U.S. often fall roughly in the $50–$150 per adult per month range, with some practices higher for concierge-style access. Many charge a one-time enrollment fee; children and families are usually priced separately.
The monthly fee typically covers unlimited or near-unlimited primary care visits and messaging with that practice. It usually does not cover specialists, hospitals, imaging, or most prescriptions. Patients often keep a high-deductible health plan or share plan for those costs — confirm with the practice and your insurer.
Ask for the adult, child, and family rates in writing, what is excluded, and whether pricing changes at open enrollment. Figures here are ballpark only; this site does not sell DPC memberships.
