This policy describes how Natural Doc Guide (“we”) handles information on naturaldocguide.com.
What we collect
Forms. Contact, claim, and add-listing forms collect the fields you submit (for example name, email, phone, practice details, and a short message). Please do not include medical details. Form submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf.
Clicks. Website, call, and book buttons may send a lightweight event (practice identifier, click type, page path, time) so we can measure outbound engagement from this site.
Advertising and analytics. We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad performance. Meta may set cookies or use similar technologies as described in Meta’s policies.
Logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard request logs needed to operate the site.
How we use information
We use form data to process claims, listing requests, and contact messages, prevent spam, and improve the directory. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Hosting may set strictly necessary cookies for security and delivery. The Meta Pixel may set cookies used for advertising measurement.
Retention
Form and click records are kept as long as needed for operations, provider follow-up, and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
